We are committed to your complete satisfaction. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (7 days from the date of delivery).

To be eligible for a return, all the following conditions must be met:

• The merchandise you want to return was purchased from RiseofHana.com

• Your return request is submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery

• The item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused or altered

• The item has not been used in photo shoots, social media posts, online, commercially, or for personal gain. 

• The item must be shipped with tags, and its original packaging. 

• Any additional accessories/materials  is returned along with the item

• The return is shipped from the same country in which the item was purchased

•You are able to provide the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return does not meet any of the above conditions, the package will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
